Success In a Book: What Fidel Frederick Wants You to Know

"There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed."

- Ray Goforth

In this life, it is hard to come by success merely by living life the way a person wants it to live. It does appear at times, but mostly, it comes with a cause. It is hard to attain, especially when success heavily relies on the person's roots and abilities, and for most people on this earth, not all have it good to experience such greatness. So, some seek it through means that do not conform to mandated laws, and if people continue to rely on such means, they might just lose their way. Go out of track and be further away from the goal they want to achieve for their families or themselves.

"Greatness Without Tears" offers the light at the end of the tunnel for those who are struggling to jump right back on the path to success. It is a book to inspire others to dust off the dirt and soot from their clothes and be ready to face life's challenges in order to reach the peak. It is a book to inspire readers to thrive against odds that may fold them, run them dry, or leave them cold. "Greatness Without Tears" presents not only motivational pieces but real-life stories the author, Fidel Frederick, believes that everyone needs to learn from. The outreach hand, a person, needs to boost themselves to feeling motivated and powerful, remove themselves from their dejected and demotivated slumps, and get right into the old swing of things.

According to Frederick, 'Greatness without Tears" is a book that does not adhere to a particular country or culture, albeit the author is from Nigeria. He wants the book to be particularly universal. "Basically, everyone needs to be inspired to do something that they have not done before," the author notes. He believes that everyone deserves to be boosted into doing something new. That is why stories in the book include God's word and the life of some of the greatest people across the United States, Britain, Africa, and Asia. The author recommends the book for students who want to learn more, business people who constantly brave the path to greatness, and for the average person who just wants to be guided while they go through life's course.

Fidel Frederick is an Engineer from Nigeria, an author and distinguished motivational speaker who holds an MSc in International Management in Regent College London, Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom and Michigan College in the United States, Environmental/Agric Engineering in RSUST Nigeria. He is a social worker and a mentor for students and adults. He is also a tutor to academically struggling students, making that the reason for creating private and group studies.
